The beginning

So, this is it, the beginning.

I'm Ally (tech17), and with the help of one or two contributors (but mainly me), this where I'm going to attempt to put my stored up nerdiness to use. From gadget reviews to little hints and tips I've picked up along the way, in the form of a blog.

I've come to realise that in the past few years I've become a go-to guy for anything tech related, whether it be fixing a parent's phone, picking a tablet for a friend or finding little quirks in excel!

So he doesn't hog all the attention, I'm PHC; another contributor to this blog. While Ally will be focussing on gadgets and all things fancy, I'll be looking mainly at the world of games and media consumption. This'll not just be reviews (though I'll be doing the odd one here and there), rather there'll be a fair bit on tech and software and how these innovations will change the way we view this media.

I'll be making predications on the coming months, years, things I'm excited about and keeping an eye on new announcements and giving advice on which services are hot and those best to ignore.
